heic-to.js
  heic-to 1.6.5 (the "csp" build, dist/csp/heic-to.js), unmodified.
  It turns HEIC and HEIF photos into JPEG in the browser. The app loads
  it at run time from this address, only when someone adds a HEIC photo
  in a browser that can't read one itself; it is not built into the app's
  own code, and any compatible build of the same library can stand in
  for it here.

  Licence: GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 or later
  (LICENSE in this folder, which carries the LGPL text; the GNU General
  Public License it builds on is GPL-3.0.txt).
